The Flight of the Skarg

The Skarg, a fearsome flying predator with leathered wings, sharp talons, and piercing red eyes, has been unleashed upon the land.

Originally from the dark abysses of the Void Caverns, this creature was inadvertently disturbed by miners and now terrorizes the skies.

Membership into the Guilds Den of Eldralore has been offered as a reward to the party that successfully returns the Skarg to the Void Caverns alive or brought back dead.

After consulting Reldin, a passionate scholar of all creatures wickedly savage, the party sets out into the forests of Lamar to hunt the Skarg.

After half a day of tracking, the party sees scratched and splintered trees ahead and what looks like a clearing beyond.

Sunlight filters hazily through the trees as you enter the clearing and birdsong suddenly fades, replaced by an otherworldly shriek.

At the center of the clearing is a shimmering pond reflecting the sky, and around it, the Skarg dances, its scaly leather wings catching the light, producing mesmerizing patterns.
